Regular contact is maintained with each of our client’s cleaning operatives through regular follow ups, providing consistent monitoring and support. This results in a lower than average turnover of staff and a high level of customer satisfaction.

We provide cleaning services with limited disruption to tenants and work around the clock. Whether it is early morning or evening cleaning you require, we work around your needs.

Each of our clients has a dedicated Account Manager who is the main point of contact for all day to day queries. Your Account Manager makes regular visits to your premises to ensure your cleaning service is being carried out to the highest standard.

We listen to our clients: on a monthly basis Account Managers liaise with their clients to ensure they are fully satisfied with the service provided. We ask for a satisfaction sheet to be completed and signed, enabling the Directors to be fully aware of the standard of all of our contracts.
